Swislow LLC was established in 2017 to provide software product management, super admin, and IT consulting services. Built on over a decade of experience in software product management and super admin responsibilities, plus direct IT support, we can implement just about anything.

We specialize in the Eagle product suite offered by BNY Mellon, with a focus on derivatives and other complex securities. We understand the market, we are familiar with client operations, and we have expertise across the product suite to implement fixes that would otherwise require core changes. Direct interaction with clients and development teams allows us to provide unique, value-added, and timely solutions.

Our product management experience extends to building software platforms from the ground up. This includes defining business requirements, writing technical specifications, designing cloud architecture (Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure), managing onshore and offshore development teams, presenting demos, providing training, writing documentation, and performing QA testing. We love to bridge the gap between business users and technical resources.

We also have extensive experience in business applications and general IT strategy, planning, implementation, and support. Our main areas of biz apps expertise are Google Workspace, Jira (Software, Service Management, and Work Management), Confluence, Microsoft 365, SAML integrations, GitHub, NetSuite, Splunk, Talkroute, VoIP.ms, Envoy, and Issuu.
